Dear Rebecca;

What I asked seemed impossible to achieve, but you did it! Picking up my items at a remote location within a very narrow timeframe, getting them to Traverse City and temporary storage, then on to Columbus was asking a lot, but you arranged it all and it worked beautifully.

I cannot thank you enough for what you accomplished. You kept in touch with me, let me know the approximate timeframe, and then the exact day of pickup and later, the day of delivery. Your pickup crew arrived on time despite a battery of problems on the delivery day, Ronnie called to say that they were on their way and again when they were twenty miles out. To me, it seemed smooth as silk; I can only imagine the details.

When the dust settles here and I have everything together to ship to my sister in Winter Park, Florida, I will call you. In addition to some China, there will be three small chairs and a small table going to her as well as a framed picture and other odds and ends.

Rebecca, you obviously love what you do and the impossible presents an irresistible challenge. I do believe that you could direct NASA or better yet, Air Traffic Control for the whole country!

Thank you again for all you did and if you are ever in Columbus, please call me. I’d love to meet you and thank you in person.

Very truly yours,

Phyllis R.
